18th June 2015

Another lovely day in Kent with glorious sunshine. What a difference a bit of sunshine makes to your well being. All my laundry up to date and a good two hours cleaning my carpet. The whole room smells lovely and fresh. Last month we decided to have a new back door , so I ordered it and when it arrived I had ordered the wrong size. They were supposed to take it away today and refund my money. I stayed in but received a phone call to say the van was stuck in traffic on the M25 due to a bad accident earlier on . So they are coming tomorrow to pick it up. These things happen so what is the point of stressing out.

Although BT did connect my internet connection today and it is working like a dream. My old supplier messed me about to much with red letters demanding money when we had a direct debit all set up. No need to put up with bad service these days it is so easy to swap. Just by ringing the new company and they do it all for you. I hope you are all having a good time of the day or night, depending what country you are living in. I wish you all well.

suzzy3 I agree about the sunshine. I can get irritable after a couple of cloudy days!

I had a good day, we had 4 dogs at the shop, but I ended up staying longer to wait on a customer who arrived an hour later than she said she would arrive. Because of that, I don't have much time here, but that's okay, there is always next week.

I could do with some glorious sunshine. The rain is causing flooding in many parts of New Zealand.

I was hoping the sun would last until after work so I could do some laundry. Not the same hanging it inside.

suzzy3 I love a fresh clean carpet. I plan to have mine done soon. Sitting in sunshine for a few minutes with your eyes closed is so wonderful.

Sunshine and a clean carpet can do wonders for one's mood, can't they? Hope the door gets straightened out soon. Take care.
