Wedding Woes: Unmentionable Edition

Sometimes, you just gotta start and everything else falls into place.

After getting home from work this morning, I wanted to crawl back into bed and never leave. Will and I had lunch together and I still didn't want to be alive. When he went to work, I started my errands which involved going to the library to scan my time sheets then going to my dad's to help him burn a CD. Then I went to the store and returned some shape wear that didn't fit right. While I was there, I found these super cute pair of panties that totally scream bridal. I exchanged them and tried them on when I got home. They're so super cute, I just can't even stand it. This Saturday, when we go gown shopping, I'll be prepared. I'm hammering out details for our engagement pictures. And, I'm even trying to set up a time to do cake tasting.

There's still other little things I need to do and keep putting off. But at least I got all this done today.

I've been told that every marriage needs a good foundation. emoticon

Wow, it sounds like you really have things coming together! I am so happy for you!

Are you still doing DuoLingo? I'm attempting German & thought it would be fun to connect with you there. Not sure what username to look for. I'm Ruby3881 there too, so feel free to friend me :)

That's great. There's always so much to organise, it's good feeling that you have got something done.

There is much preparation in wedding details. Best wishes to both of you for a strong marriage and long life.

Absolutely! Something else that really helps is a sense of humor too!

I really haven't touched DuoLingo in a long time. I tried using the mobile app and couldn't figure out how to add the special characters that German requires. But, I did add you and that inspired me to meet my goal for today. Woohoo!

Absolutely! It can feel a little overwhelming at times so the small victories always get celebrated.

Thank you so much! That's very thoughtful of you.

I haven't done much German lately. I need to catch up! I use Swype with my DuoLingo mobile app, and I select a dual English-German keyboard. It gives me all the accented letters emoticon
