Good morning or whatever part of the day is for you. Today is Tuesday May 26, 2015. The temperature is 61.2°F and the humidity is 55% at 4:49 a.m. PST (-8 GMT). Weather Underground shows sustained winds at 0.7 with gusts of 3.1 mph. It was overcast when I stuck my head out. Weather Underground is predicting a 0% chance of precipitation and a high of 74° again today.

So today is finally trying to get into the dentist’s office to see if they can fix the temporary crown that came off Saturday night. I called the emergency number and have yet to receive a reply. We got a temporary repair kit from the drug store, just to keep the cap in place and make sure the teeth don’t shift, but it sticks up a bit and I can’t quite close my jaw all the way. My jaws are sore and chewing anything harder than yogurt is an exercise. So that will soon be over with.

My part time starvation wage job has all but stopped calling me. I got one call in the month of May. I have one scheduled drive that was scheduled before the dust up over my insistence on having a copy of evidence of commercial liability insurance. How nosy of me. I guess what I’ll have to do is apply again at Barnes and Noble and keep looking for pizza delivery jobs. I won’t “quit” this job until I have something else somewhere else.

And—YIPPEE!—my “Dark Shadows” DVDs sold for about $140. I’ll get about half of that, assuming there’s no problem. The eBay store ships on payment. The buyer has about a week to return to item in not satisfied with it. It may not sound like much, but facing down dental bills that will eventually total about $3000, every little bit helps.
