Writing Prompt: Best Vacation

Hey there, everyone. I haven’t done a writing prompt in a while, so I think I wanna do one right now. It says “What’s the best vacation you’ve ever taken?”

I would say my best vacation was Wrestlemania 29 Week in New Jersey/New York. It was my first big trip from; I went with my friends and we stayed for six days. It was also my first time in New York.

The excitement really started when I saw the Statue of Liberty from a distance, and the New York Skyline. It was Thursday, April 4th, 2013. We got to the hotel and changed for the Superstars4Sandy Relief Benefit; it was a charity benefit/auction, so everyone was dressed to impress lol. I met several Superstars and Divas, including Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase Jr.

The next day, Friday, April 5th, 2013, we went to Target and then to get food before heading to Wrestlemania 29 Axxess (which is basically convention) later that night. I met up with friends, and met WWE Superstars such as Ted DiBiase Jr. and Brad Maddox. We had reservations at the restaurant where the WWE'ers were staying that night, and then went over to the lounge. We didn't bother anyone, but Booker T did come over and shake everyone's hands, so that was cool. :)

Saturday, April 6th, we went to Axxess and met up with friends again. We met Lita and I watched Ted DiBiase Jr. wrestle, and then my friends and I just hung out for a bit. We attended the WWE Hall of Fame later that night, where I saw Superstars and Divas such as Mick Foley, Trish Stratus, Booker T and Bruno Sammartino get inducted into the Hall of Fame. We didn't do anything else that night.

Sunday morning, April 7th, we went to Axxess for the last time, meeting up with friends again. We met Bo Dallas, Ted DiBiase Sr. and Ted DiBiase Jr., Alicia Fox and Justin Gabriel. Shawn Michaels also said bye to me as he was leaving his signing haha. :p We went to Wrestlemania 29 that night and it was sooo amazing. Wrestlemania is basically the Superbowl on professional wrestling.

We didn't meet any WWE'ers or see any other friends on Monday, April 8th, but we did tour Times Square and different parts of New Jersey. I was sooo tired when we got back to the hotel, and we still had WWE Raw that night. Raw was amazing; "Fandangoing" was born and Dolph Ziggler cashed in his Money In The Bank to become the WWE Champion.

We went to Boston, MD for Smackdown on Tuesday, April 9th, and then hit up Kowloon to eat. We did see several WWE'ers, but didn't bother them at all.

Wednesday, April 10th, we headed home to MD. We made a stop in NJ and it took forever to get home, but we were still home that evening. :)

Believe it or not, there is a long version of my vacation, which I'll share someday. Don't worry though, I would only discuss one day per post rather than putting it all into one long, drawn out post. I'm not going to do that right now, as I'm too lazy to do so. What I included in this post is good enough lol.

I'm going to go finish up my work. You all have a great evening and take care.

Awe thanks! I hope my friends find me to be fun haha. I was a little shy with meeting the wrestlers, minus Ted DiBiase Jr. because I've met him several times haha.
