Good morning or whatever part of the day it is for you. Today is Wednesday April 29, 2015. The temperature is 57.3°F and the humidity is 61% at 5:18 a.m. PST (-8 GMT). Weather Underground shows sustained winds at 0 with gusts of 0 mph. It was clear when I stuck my head out. Again, saw the handle of the Big Dipper. The scoop was hidden behind a tree. Didn’t see the moon. Weather Underground is predicting a 0% chance of precipitation and a high of 93 today.

Went to crack to winds in my car yesterday because of the heat and the car wouldn’t start. Mr. Siduri was able to charge it. We used it to drive a couple of blocks to go to dinner without any drama. Today, I get a new a battery. That makes the absence of the income from the part time starvation wage job felt all the more acutely.

I’ve called the starvation wage job people to let them know I’m available. Mr. Siduri told me to send them an email. I sent them an email mostly to placate him because I know it would be a futile gesture. I received that ever helpful email reply that I could call them as well. So.

Mr. Siduri got a quote for reflooring the small bathroom off the master bedroom. It’s a tiny area, the floor original to the house which was built in 1964. The linoleum tiles have started coming loose, so it’s time to do something about it. The idea is to lay down a single vinyl sheet, cove it over the area where the baseboard are now and eliminate a lot of problems. I’m not crazy about the pattern he picked out, but I so what. Throw a bath mat over it and ignore it.
