A Bit of Heaven
Been awhile since I treated myself to a sauna and a massage so tomorrow I'll get one.
Last time, I went for a sauna and massage, I only got to have a sauna. The receptionist at the spa that I frequent botched my scheduled appointment. I ended just getting a sauna but no massage. My preferred therapists was also booked to handle another client. I could have gotten a different therapist but I'd rather stick to my regular one. All good as I got a discount voucher for the mix-up.
Prior to that botched appointment, I had a twin massage and it was as delightful as I expected it to be. Imagine, two sets of hands going over your body working out the knots and relieving you of all that built up tension. It was a bit of heaven and nothing but good thoughts come to mind!!!
Do you boys and girls fancy a sauna and a massage?

I love me a good sauna (as in a Finnish 'zow-na', not a UK saw-na) and I'll travel a LONG way to find a decent shiatsu massage therapist if I can. A former friend was a shiatsu masseuse and she used to practice on me as we also lived in neighboring villages. Now that was heaven.
