Do Not Beam Us Up!

People! You make it very hard to leave this site and work on my other projects! There's really a lot of banter that goes on here. This morning my plan was to type up a quick post, and then go work on my other websites and blogs. Before I could blink, my post already had comments! When somebody makes remarks that fast you feel like you have to at least acknowledge their “paw prints”. Went to check the Activity just in case my other posts had comments in order to read, maybe click a Thumbs Up button, or holler back at the reader. Usually scan the listing for post titles that catch my eye and pop over. Everywhere this morning, people are like they drank ten cups of coffee and their totally psyched! Yeah! Yeah! Today is our day to save the world and here's what we going to do!

People! Can y'all just chill for a few minutes?

Pound for pound, in comparison to other communities, this site must be one of the “unknown worlds” discovered by a StarTrek exploration team.

  • Do not beam us up! Repeat! Do not beam! We have found intelligent life! We are staying!

You folks make it hard to tear myself away. But I must! Be back later.

LOL. It just depends who is up or taking a break, I suppose. I was up very early this morning, it may have been your late at night and it's always good to let people know that they have been seen and acknowledged whether you agree with them or not.

Hope you have a good day, we understand that is hard to leave here sometimes but it is a must

I've been missing in action because of the road trip. Unlike a lot of road trips, where it's just a couple of days in the same place, I had to DRIVE this weekend (about 1,300 miles round trip total), so I barely got to crack open the laptop to write before it was time to go to the concert or to start driving again. Sorry. At least I wasn't contributing to your problem. emoticon :winking: LOL

It is addictive isn't it? Like your GIF. It's little touches like that which help to liven up the appearance of our posts.

I'm supposed to be writing an article for a very talented makeup artist tonight. What am I actually doing? Pratting around in eBay and commenting here... *grin*

Right now I'm lost on Pinterest, trying to update, delete pins from Bubblews and Squidoo and other sites where work I have pinned before is no longer there.

Love the Star Trek reference! Absolutely love it!

100% agree on the intelligent life form here in this site. By far the best online writing site in the galaxy! Klingons be damn!

MegL , &AbbyG , wolfgirl569 , FourWalls , Kasman , WordChazer , BarbRad , grandma20121 , allen0187 – It's almost noon. Seems like y'all are productively doing your thing! This is the first site where I am absolutely certain that the “voices” are not in my head. Most of the time it's me talking to me, myself and I. Really do hope this site keeps going. So many sites don't make it and each day, I breathe a sigh of relief when I click the link and it's still here!! When you've had your online work disappear, every day is scary!

You forget the time difference for us. It's 22:26 as I type this, almost half past ten in the evening.

Props for being able to source that wonderful photograph. Jim and Spock as I will forever remember them. Show your hand in respect.

Had not thought about the time difference. Was just so surprised to see comments at my post that quick. My husband constantly reminds me of the time differences because he likes to watch the foreign markets for business info and they're saying “Good morning!” and working on a brand new day, when I haven't gone to sleep yet! :)
