Sunday NBA Fix - Full On Tank Mode

One of the reason I love April is because much of the other sports are done or are just barely starting. This means I can now concentrate on watching and betting the most crooked sport known to man... the NBA!!! LOL! I kid you not! How many conspiracy theories have we heard about the NBA? Too many to ignore!!!

Anyway, I myself do not bet the NBA especially with the other sports around like the NFL or NHL. I can bet the NFL and NHL at the same time with no problem at all but I really can't bet on the NBA with other sports going on. I spend more time analyzing possible bets for the NBA than any other sport. Also, there are a lot of things to look out for when betting the NBA. Scheduling, injuries, possible angles for revenge and let down... those kind of things that come out of nowhere to $crew you out of your bet happens a lot. Of course, there is the 'fix' and it is bad that you are on the other side of the 'fix'. Like they say, it is better to be lucky than good in sports betting. LOL!

Anyway, there are three games currently playing now and here is some sort of breakdown on each game:

* Orlando-New York... blah! Full on tank mode here for both teams. Fan appreciation night?!! Yeah, you better refund those hapless fans their hard earned money for how these two teams played tonight. Fifteen points scored combined by both teams int eh second quarter... fifteen points. Let that sink in! Folks, these are paid professionals playing a sport they have been doing for a long time so there is really no excuse to score just seven and eight points respectively. Full on tank mode for these two teams hence the title of the post and the accompanying photo.

12 seconds remaining in the game and Tim Hardaway Jr, decided to score a three to give his hapless Knicks a three point lead with six seconds remaining in the game.

Final score is 80-79 with the Knicks winning.

* Miami-Toronto playing with still ten minutes and change in the game. Miami trying to break through the play-offs but I doubt they will. Toronto playing to win to further secure their spot in the play-off standing.

* Chicago-Philadelphia... middle of the third with Chicago up by five, 68-63. Rose playing in his second game after the knee surgery. i hope he recovers fully. I like the guy as a player and as a person so really rooting for him. Too bad, he has to play all those minutes.

Other games on deck for tonight, Los Angeles Clippers vs Memphis Grizzlies, Portland vs Utah, and Golden State vs Minnesota.

Clippers-Grizzlies seems to be the match that will resemble to be a competitive game. Portland-Utah, no interest really except to watch how Lillard is playing as well as Gobert. Golden State is a 20 point favorite against Minny. Not making any bets in this game but I think Minny covers this one not because they are a good team but because GS will probably lead early one and would step off the gas pedal and win the game by double digits.

Oh and speaking of bets, I don't usually bet the NBA at this time and instead wait for the playoffs.

Anyway, what sports are you watching now? You watching these NBA games? Do you bet sports?

It's down to the teams jockeying for playoff position in the west having to win. The rest of the games are tank jobs or just not worthwhile like Lakers-Timberwolves last night. Griz-Clips has big implications for both.

I still love wrestling!

Same thing with the last playoff spot for the East. Both Brooklyn and Indiana are fighting for it although Brooklyn has the tie-breaker advantage.

Hurrah, the Clips won a crucial one against Memphis but this thing is going down to the wire as to who captures the seed in the west.
