Craving for Yoga

On Friday before lunch, I went to the gym and had an exceptional exercise. I some light exercise for thirty minutes, then did about twenty minutes of weight-coaching. The exercise felt satisfactory. I like it when it feels first-class. Don't you? Nonetheless, my body was craving some Yoga. That makes me completely happy that i'm definitely looking forward to Yoga because of this watching forward to something good for my well being! Typically i have read that as little as five minutes a day of Yoga is useful to you. I made up our minds to do some poses at home. I despatched the youngsters outside to play, turned off the lights, and pulled out my mat. As a beginner, there are nonetheless just a few Yoga poses that i know without an instructor telling me what to do. I figured i would go through those i know a couple of times and notice how I felt. #yoga

You'll laugh at this - I misread the title of your post and thought it said 'Craving for Yoghurt' emoticon :smile: I get my exercise by walking my local hills.

I have been craving for yoga too. I have never even tried it yet!
