Apparently, as you say, dark chocolate can be good for you. Unfortunately, I don't like it! Cadbury's Dairy Milk is the one I prefer.

I get my usual servings of those three foods that you mentioned in your post. I actually prefer dark chocolate and spinach I got into because fo the cartoon show Popeye. Yup, I was that naive! LOL!

As for lemon, I always have lemon water so that covers that.

All good choices here, and eaten in moderation in a balanced diet. I think sometimes people forget the "moderation" piece when it comes to nutritional advice. lol Just a personal note of caution: Those lemons the restaurants offer in your tea or water? Have you ever considered whether the lemons were washed before they were cut for such use? I am not a germaphobe, but I have considered this, so I skip those lemon wedges when I'm not at home.
