Just Explaining

Now that it's been almost a week since my last post it's about time I contributed something here. Right now though, I am busy avoiding the inevitable task of vacuuming.
I really do dislike vacuuming. As one who has back problems, vacuuming always takes it's toll. It really is a vicious circle though. I need to get moving more for the sake of my back, but then the problems begin. It is my own fault though. "I'm not complaining, I'm just explaining" as my maternal Grandmother used to say.
So, it's time to quit procrastinating and get busy. I'll be back here when my task is done because I know my back will need a rest.
The sun is shining and it is a beautiful and chilly day. I do love days like this. Life is good!
(I apologize for this rather silly post, which will not prevent me from clicking the submit post.)

One of my least favorite chores, I absolutely agree.

Vacuuming is not my favourite activity, but it needs to be done from time to time.

You need one of the end of tenancy cleaning companies I've been writing about. I find the same problems with gardening as well - that's very painful due to my mobility issues.

In general, I actually don't mind vacuuming, but unfortunately at my house, we have several residents who shed hair, and mine is especially problematic because it is long and gets tangled in the brushes. So before I vacuum, I literally have to get down on the floor and brush the carpet with a pet brush to keep my hair from messing up the vacuum cleaner, and THAT'S the awful part!

Any excuse to get out of vacuuming is a good excuse in my book.

Well, of course you are writing a post--you are supposed to be vacuuming! That's the way most of my stuff gets done.
