Places I Have Traveled To....

Hey, guys, I'm a little behind on things today...but just about finished with my regular work. I may or may not do a little rambling later, but I wanted to get something posted today since I missed yesterday. I found this writing prompt recently and I think it's something I would enjoy.

The writing prompt states "List of Places: You could make a list of your favorite places to go, places you’ve traveled to, or places you would like to travel to, or places you have lived." I have decided to list the places I have traveled to. I'm doing most of this off the top of my head, so bear with me lol...

For starters, let me state that I live in Maryland, and my traveling has kept me within the East Coast.

Washington, D.C.: I think this is actually a part of Maryland, but I still count it with my traveling lol. The first time I went to DC was in the third grade to a childrens' museum, and then I went again in 2003 for the HFStival (concert); where I saw Godsmack. I attended the Washington Auto Show in 2006, 2007 and 2009 to meet John Cena; and again in 2010 and 2012 to meet Randy Orton.

Pennsylvania: I visited Hershey Park in 1999, Philadelphia for the Shawn Michaels' signing in 2013 and visiting a friend; Pittsburgh for the Royal Rumble 2014. I have visited other areas for family or shopping, but I cannot remember what areas haha.

New Jersey: I attended the WWE Wildwood Block Party in 2008, and we stayed in downtown Jersey during Wrestlemania 29 week. We also drove through NJ to get to New York.

New York: I have been to New York for the WWE Superstars for Sandy Relief Benefit, 2013 WWE Hall of Fame at Madison Square Garden and Times Square multiple times. I think we also drove to Long Island, but I'm not 100% sure on that one haha.

Virginia: My family went to the Virginia Beach area in 2008 to my Uncle's funeral (and not the beach itself), and I met Shawn Michaels this year in McLean, VA.

Boston, MA: I attended WWE Smackdown and visited the Kowloon Restaurant during Wrestlemania 29 week in 2013.

Driving Through: When traveling with family or friends, we drove through Deleware. My friends and I drove through Connecticut during Wrestlemania 29, in which we got a glimpse of the WWE Headquarters. :)

I think that's about it on my traveling. I love to travel and see different areas; do different things (funerals excluded of course). I do not get to travel often, so maybe that's why it is so special when I am able to do it. My next road trip will be this summer, when my friends and I attend WWE SummerSlam and Raw (and possibly other festivities) in Brooklyn, New York. :)

I'm going to finish up this last assignment. You all have a great evening (or day)! :)

I will have a hard time with this challenge because I go abroad at least twice a year.

You don't have to list a lot of places, it's just anywhere you have traveled.

That all sounds great. You have been able to do some good traveling. I have never been to that many places. It is something I would like to do more of someday. Right now, with kids it is difficult. But someday!

Thanks! Some of those places were within the same trip. NJ/NYC/Boston/driving through DE and CT - one trip within a week; Philly/Long Island were within one weekend --- so I don't really travel as much as it seems. I hope you do get to travel someday! :)

I haven't; I can only really afford to travel around my area of the USA, plus I don't travel alone so someone would have to go with me. But thanks! :D

wow, looks like a backpacking trip, moving different places. You don't have to work?

Wow that was cool places! I only traveled to Manila and to our province. I hope I can visit Cebu and Davao this year, I never traveled -- in my whole life of existence I only traveled twice... hehehehe.. so hopefully I can go to Cebu ad Davao this year with my family for a vacation.
