Tenancy Cleaning - Guarantee your Deposit will be Returned

Anyone who has lost a deposit at the end of their tenancy will likely vow never to have it happen again. In London , at least, help is at hand. Tenancy Cleaning will sort out your end of tenancy cleaning for a flat fee. Charges are very reasonable and a full tariff is available on their website .
Typically, Tenancy Cleaning will tackle all those nasty jobs you never managed to find time for, such as cleaning the oven and washing the ground floor windows. Carpets , bathrooms and kitchens all receive a thorough going over to ensure that the property is returned to the landlord in as good a condition as possible. End of tenancy cleaning has to be thorough; landlords and estate agents alike know that London properties cleaned by Tenancy Cleaning's team will be presented to the highest standards.
Tenancy Cleaning’s employees work seven days a week, are available until 10pm and can often call round on the same day if the need is urgent. The firm has locally-based cleaners all over London and can't be beaten on response time or price. There are no hidden charges, and the price you see on their website is the price you pay. The company has been in business since 2005 and employs almost 60 people across London, although 10 years ago, it started as a family business, when the founding director spent his work experience helping to run a cleaning company.
Tenancy Cleaning reckons that they have cleaned 20,000 properties in the last decade, that's almost 40 properties a week on average. They cover every London postcode too, so there's a good chance the team can help with your end of tenancy cleaning in the London area.
If you're looking for a professional service, delivered by friendly London-based staff who do a thorough job, Tenancy Cleaning should be on your list to call for a quote. All their staff are fully trained and the company holds several awards and accreditations attesting to their high customer satisfaction levels and environmentally sound approach to the task. They will quote for a full end of tenancy cleaning provision, just upholstery cleaning or carpets-only cleaning. The company also offers an ‘after builders’ cleaning package, which is worth its weight in gold if you’ve had major works carried out on your property, as the dust gets everywhere even with the most careful and conscientious builders . Other services on offer include one-off cleaning and moving in/out cleaning assistance. That’s one I could have wished for on more than one occasion, because the last thing you want to do when you have just moved in, and are standing in your new place surrounded by boxes, is to start to clean the place from top to bottom. But you always have to, because no one else has thought to employ Tenancy Cleaning to make your life easier.
Tenancy Cleaning can clean while you're at work, pick the keys up from an estate agency or even call round in the evening if it's more convenient. I wish services like this had been around when I was still renting , because I could have done with the help of a professional cleaner back then.

We have part-time cleaning services here too, either the $15/hour sort done by freelancers or professional sort like you mentioned.

I think my family don't need them as long as I am here, even though I hate picking up things at home -- I don't have a choice! Hahahahah. Cleaning is part of my life as a bummer, I hope one day my life will be changed from bummer to something great. God bless.

What a great service to have available. I've known several instances when tenants weren't able to get their deposits back when leaving and it's never a fun thing to have happen.
