Creative Lunch Combo
just came from lunch. I made myself a healthy green salad for lunch. I chopped up some lettuce, some tomatoes, some olives, and some feta cheese. I made a salad dressing of mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon, and brown sugar. That was my lunch. It took a lot of will power not to partake of any other dishes for lunch.
I was craving for some sweets but I didn't want to have dessert as it might offset my light lunch. I decided to mix some dried mangoes, raisins, prunes, and fresh blue berries that I have here at home. I added some cashew nuts, almonds, and roasted peanuts. Viola!!! I have my own mixed fruit and nuts!
