Cheat On Your Cheat Food & Lose Weight

Read a book by one of the famous celebrity fitness guru. Something worth knowing about indulging in your cheat food and still losing weight. The best time to eat fried oily food or sweet high calorie food is between 7 am to 10 am. The reason being, this is the time when your stomach is able to digest the most. Hence if you are on a diet and still find it hard to say NO, to your favorite cake then have it in the morning. So just remember to cheat on your cheat food and still manage to lose those extra pounds. However just remember not to have more than once a week such an option for breakfast. Its not healthy to eat cakes or fried food each day.

Ahh very interesting to hear that, once I start dieting and have my cheat day I will try and have my cheat meal in the morning :)
