35.61 to Go

Hey,y'all. Here with an update. I haven't finished the challenge, but I am doing pretty well for me. I've been back able to walk almost every day for a week now. I am so happy to be able to report that. I hated having to miss time when my health went haywire. I would have easily made the 100 miles in time if not for that. Now, I probably won't, but I'm going to get as close as I can.

I am also happy to report that I've lost 6.6 pounds for the year now. It might not seem like much for most people, but it is great for me. I hope to continue losing at a steady pace now. Y'all cross your fingers for me please.

I hope y'all have a nice night.

I see the 75 miles and more being very possible that you mentioned previously. You have done a great job and congrats on the weight loss.

I think I would be quite estatic if I had lost 6 pounds or so this year so far. Keep it up.

Good job! Are you going to set another goal in April?

AngelSharum Wow, a great chunk of miles you have done lately, still time to get to your new goal before the end of the month. Congratulations on your weight loss, hope your overall health is much improved with the exercise and diet. Great Job!

I don't think reaching the 100-mile mark as being as important to this challenge as making a concerted effort to reach it to be. I admire your efforts, despite the health setbacks you've encountered. The weight loss is an added bonus!

Even if you fall short you will have gone some way to improving your health...

Keep up the good work! (Only 5 miles this morning. Well it was raining...)

No change in my health yet. I hope it does improve in a few months. I go for more blood work in four months so hopefully I'll see improvement then.

Thanks. I do hope I make the 75 mile goal. I'm pushing for it.

I am very happy to have lost anything. It's so hard for me to lose.

I believe I am. I like having goals to meet.

Yeah, that's what everyone in the running group where the challenge originated are telling me. :)

I have been walking for years, but not every day. This challenge helped push me to do more walking, which is good.

Only 5 miles...lol. You are funny. Great job!
