41.20 to Go

I have been walking, even though I haven't been checking in each night. I figured I'd wait until I had accumulated some miles before doing another update. I am just happy that I have been able to keep walking every day. I did walk yesterday morning and evening, but wasn't able to walk this morning. I did get my evening walk in though so it's all good.

I hope the rest of you have been doing well with the exercising as well. I missed it when I wasn't able to walk those couple of weeks. I hope that doesn't happen again for a long time.

I have also started a new eating plan and actually lost some weight. It is really, really hard for me to lose so I am happy with that.

i wish you continued success in your endeavor. It ain't easy walking everyday considering how we can be busy with our lives.

It sounds like you're doing well! I need to walk more. With my cough and the cold weather, it wasn't gonna happen; that wouldn't have been good for me. :-/ But I do want to try it again now that the weather is warming off, and especially if my cough continues to not bother me as much. But I wish you the best of luck; you can definitely do it! :D

is this a new challenge it sounds interesting good luck with that congratulations on taking the step you know years ago my grandmother started walking 5 miles a day nobody knows where she is.

I love walking though I think you are one of those who are in the challenge... but me challenged or not... I love walking going home, and eating something, or walking going to the train station and wait there while reading. God bless. and Have a great day.

Thanks! It's faded quite a bit, but if it's an allergy like my doctor said, I don't know if it will completely go away. :( I'm thinking of making a second appointment. Otherwise I'll take my meds and hit the road! I can't let it stop me from walking, spring is upon us! Anyways, I hope you were able to do more today, if you wanted to.

11 miles today! (I lost a lot of weight last summer--more than I wanted to!--but unfortunately it all came from the wrong places and my skinny jeans are still too tight.)
