Cat Got Your Tongue - Writing Prompt

'Cat got your tongue?', he asked.

'I have nothing to say.', I said defiantly. Trying to look through the slits that were my eyes before these were beaten to a pulp is hard. Breathing air through my nose harder still. Every breath is harder than the first. The beating that I got from these animals would have broken a weaker man. Question is, how do you break a man who already is broken? What holds me together is the sheer hate that I feel towards my captors. What I'd do if I get my hands on him?

'I say it again. Cat got your tongue?', he asked as he whacked me in the face with the butt of his rifle.

'We have our ways to make people like you talk. After, I'm done, you will be giving me what I need... the location of your rebel base...', he nodded to one of his henchman who attached clamps to the chair that I was tied on.

The henchman then flicked a switch and the lights went on and off. A bolt surged through my body. Then darkness...

Is this your story??? A good one I thought you are really got yourself beaten by a cats, that can be a serious problem. God bless and I hope you are having a great day... but if I can remember it correctly you hate weekends, because you star working on Saturday, right? God bless your first day at work.

Well, doesn't sound like that tongue will be talking again. I used to hate that saying when I was asked that question as a child.
