Did You Publish A Book?
In this era of electronic books and blogs and writing platforms everybody can be and most probably is a writer. Us at Persona Paper included.
But did you publish a real old fashioned paper printed book? Or is it your wish to publish it? Maybe a novel or a book of your poems. Maybe a non fiction book...
Well, I did publish a book this weekend. It is one of the projects which kept me away from writing here.
I have to admit right away that I didn't write it. I edited it and published it. And now I am promoting it through various channels and media.
"We remember ... We didn't forget!"
is a title of the book.
It is a book of collected memoirs from the World War 2 period. People from beautiful Logarska Valley in Slovenia and the village of Solcava told us their stories from these dark years. 45 memories are gathered in the book which is a kind of monument to their lives and the values which helped them to survive through the hardest years of their lives.
It is about the victims, about lost fathers and mothers.
It is about completely burned down village and about refugees from it.
It is about remembering and reliving these values.
The war should never happen again. But alas it is happening all over the world :(

Well, the first batch of 100 books is almost over. We distributed 80 books for free. Now I am offering the rest to the libraries and over the net. I guess that next week I will order the next batch of 100 or maybe 200 prints.
