Dealing with insomnia

It is 4:19 a.m. i am wide awake. We have already lost an hour because the clocks were set up. I did not do any of the things that I know will help me sleep. Usually I take a bath in Epsom salts or Rock salt. The minerals reduce stress. I often rink a glass of tart cherry juice around 7 p.m. I get my husband to massage my neck and back. I did none of these yesterday and now it is a new day, with a lost hour. I do not have anywhere to go early in the morning, so I can sleep in. That is if I get to sleep. There is one more thing that will cause me to fall asleep, and that is reading. Many women over age 40 report having trouble sleeping at night.

I suffered from insomnia also before. I am aware for about 40 to 50 hours without a single minute nap. Now, i slowly manage it.
