The First Day for Working after Long Winter Holiday

I went to work today. I didn’t go to bed very early last night, therefore, I couldn’t get up early this morning. When I finished everything, I hurried to my school. To my pleasure, I wasn’t late for the meeting because it has been postponed half an hour.

It is very cold today. It’s rainy and windy. I dislike this kind of weather because it is bad for my asthma. Every time when my asthma act up, I feel difficult to breathe, which made me can’t work and lead my life normally.

I had some pills and took the inhaler after coming back home. The inhaler could relieve me of the bad symptoms, but it can’t cure my disease. Now I only hope it won’t turn worse.

Asthmatics do need to avoid the kind of weather that you have just described. Apart from those inhalers I have heard of breathing exercises. Do you believe in yoga?

My younger son also suffers from asthma, esp in winter season. I can understand how you feel. Do you take montelukast like Singulair or Myteka tablets?

Asthma attack is so difficult to handle. I drink vitamin c for maintenance in cold weathers.

I pray that Jesus will heal your asthma... I know it is not cool to deal with everytime it attacks. But always put yourselves in a high spirit everytime it was there, and think about happy thoughts and plans that you will do after this. There are many people are crying more for the pain that they have inside... you are still bless that you still have good days to enjoy. God bless.

When you feel okay start to practice deep breathing and do it as often as possible, get a small notebook on yoga exercises, bestwriter says...

Take it easy in this weather then. Your asthma will not thank you for hurrying around under stress from being late. You need to make sure you're well rested and have everything to hand when you do wake up in the morning. Hope you feel better soon and can adjust easily to the change in routine.

I too need to take an asthma inhaler when the weather is warm and damp. The rest of the time I can do without it.
