No More Pictures :(

I am sad. My Kodak camera has died and even after letting it sit for several days without batteries in it, then replacing the batteries, it still does not work. This little camera lasted me 5 1/2 years, took many gigabits of pictures as well as videos and I only paid $75, so it was well worth what I paid.

Though I feel lost without being able to capture the little moments of my children. Taking photos of nature, of natural remedies I prepare for my family, photos of my flowers and vegetables we grow, food that we prepare... The list goes on...

Taking photos helped me be creative since I am no longer able to draw pictures like I use to. So now I just have to get even more creative with my writing to fill the void ☺

That's a shame. Have you tried looking to see if the battery terminals are corroded? if you are in a damp area, they could have got damp and not be making good contact. You can get some squirting alcohol and spray it on the contacts and dry them off with a good cloth to try and clean them. Maybe that would help. If not, are the contacts with the batteries making good contact? Maybe one has got twisted, so it's loose? Many people take pictures on their phones these days so maybe a friend has a camera sitting around that they don't use. You could even try asking on your local free cycle service.

MegL You Just Made My Day! I did check for corrosion though I never thought of the contacts not connecting, so I put the batteries in and noticed that one was lower than the other, used a tool to pull up the one contact and My Camera is Working! Thank You ☺☺

That is so sad. I am praying to God to extend my laptop's life for a long time. Heheheh. If your heart is in to capture people and nature in you photos people it will be easy for you to write down all the captured moments in it and how you feel about it. God bless.

Some digital cameras are very inexpensive. And some people who always want the latest thing may have some they would see you very reasonably that they don't use much anymore. Watch for sales. My camera is an essential writing tool.

We always bring camera whenever we go out. I personally bring a camera in my bag almost daily. Hope you can get it fixed.
