Nice Cooling Halo-Halo

Hmm I love or literally . A mixture of fruits, fresh or canned, plantain bananas cooked and diced, cooked root crops, pearl balls and more, then placed over shaved ice. Then there is evaporated milk, sugar and sometimes can be topped with ice cream and custard. Those two ingredients makes it more expensive, and then it is called . To eat you mix them all together and start eating. It is cool, refreshing, healthy (because of the fruits) and can be filling.

This one is a simple halo-halo no ice cream or custard. Just cooked and dice root crop (casava or sweet potato), diced cook plantain bananas, cantaloupe or melon, watermelon, sago or pearl balls and using washed sugar the light brown. A little and hmmm delicious. Sometimes you can add corn kernels.

, and filling for a hot afternoon snack. Good thing I can buy this anytime because the under my house sells it everyday. Lucky me.

On of the favorite in the Philippines.

I think halo-halo will be the best sellers of every restaurant this coming summer, only one week and few more day the summer is really on! God bless, and I think I am going to try to eat it on Sunday. God bless.

I love "halo-halo" or "mais con yelo"! But I'm not good or I'm just lazy making halo-halo, "mais con yelo" is easier and yummy too hehe

I love that halo-halo especially during summer. Good thing that even if its not summer, it is available always in some fast food chain
