A Healthy Early Lunch!
Good day fellow PPers!
Just done with some early lunch. We have grilled pork chops, corn, and carrots. There was also some sweets like donuts and cake. Lunch was enjoyable... for the rest of my family. I'm stuck with an energy bar and a bottle of lemon water. ***sigh***
People have the misconception that if you work out, you can eat anything afterwards. That sounds like pigging out to me!!! I train hard and I make sure I watch what I eat. I have cheat meals but that's that. Sunday is usually the day I have cheat meals. Is it Sunday yet? LOL! You build your body in the kitchen as much as in the gym. Remember that. So yeah, I had a bar of Quest and all the lemon water I want. Hooray!!! I'm so... excited ... and disappointed... and just frustrated... Hahahahahahaha!!! The Quest and lemon water ain't that bad but man, those pork chops look great!!! Must... stay... away...
