The world still waits.

Will it still happen or not?
Day by day the clock ticks by and boxing fans around the world eagerly await, in anticipation, whether the mega-bout of this generation will ever happen. Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao, together with their handlers/promoters, should come to an agreement or this much-awaited fight between the boxing icons would just be a "what if" in the annals of boxing history.
Both camps have to iron out any kinks so that they could go and face each other in the boxing ring this May 2, 2015. There is a lot of talk about it in news outlets and this has been going on for years and is getting boring, honestly. If this fight doesn't happen then age will diminish the luster this epic fight has. Both men are nearing 40 years old and nobody would be interested to see old men fight, right?
It should happen this year or the next. Everyone knows this fight is going to make everyone involved rich, but it has to happen within the next two years. The world still waits.

I do not enjoy sports like wrestling and boxing much because it seems almost cruel that men should pummel each other so much in name of sport.

I don't really know much about this type of sport, but I'm glad you and other fans are looking forward to the match.

I do think that this boxing match actually happens. Mayweather isn't afraid of Pacman and Pacquiao knows that he will be leaving a lot of money on the table if he doesn't push through with this fight.
