When we're happy do wonders

When we're happy do wonders. Emotional energy that happiness fills, gives us the strength and zeal. But by the time we learn what squeezes us, and how to protect ourselves from it. This can be unpleasant for us people, anxiety, guilt and indecision. Gradually learn of another-how to let up and again to back the smile on our face.

Of all the advice that I've heard about how to regain the lost energy, the best is: make your list into two columns. In one are things that need to be done and would make us weak and in the other put the same number of things, that we love to do and make us happy. Then comes something else-to assess which of the column with the obligations to scratch, to add something to the column with pleasure.

The balance between the pleasures and obligations is a major in the equation with happiness.

This is a good strategy.
I believe that being happy creates a more positive energy and vibes. Things seem to fall into place when you are happy.

I worked my whole life under stress and now that I'm retired, I've discovered what the stress was. I'm now a happy man because I can do as I please.
