Go Diet Without Hurting Yourself

Heard so much about people who will do anything just to get the perfect body they have been dreaming to have. There is nothing wrong aiming for a beautiful body and go on dieting but then, one should also take into consideration the real purpose behind going on a strict diet.

Everyone wishes to have a healthy body but they are not following a healthy lifestyle. They go on diet but the are doing it without even thinking whether it is really good for their system. There should be also a pleasure in eating. It means that we should go dieting not because we want to be sexy to be the center of attraction of the people and make these people adore us.

I agree. Some people only drink water during their dieting. Although this results in rapid weight loss, it leaves one vulnerable to viruses and other illnesses.

I have never tried water therapy yet because I know that I just cannot live with water alone!

These are the foolish ones. Health is more important than looks. If the health indicator shows that we have high cholesterol or diabetes, then we have to diet.

I agree with your opinion cheri , more than dieting, I believe the key to a healthy life lies in understanding the value of nutrition and adopting a healthy lifestyle. Easier said than done, I know!
