The library is already closed but i am just staying for a while here to do the arrangement of bibliography from the diasertation of the OIC of our Registrar. She is the wife of our Vice President for Academic Affairs. Her topic was all about accreditation standards. Although, i am not the one writing her dissertation, but i am part of her dissertation with the review of related literature then now, the bibliography. I am using the format APA or the American Psychological Association style. As of this moment it is already 5:29pm and she needs this bibliography by tomorrow at 9am. And i am hoping that i will be successful in few minutes from now before closing the library officially.

Getting citations in the correct order is a right pib! Been there still doing it. I have found my best way is to use Word and add endnote. That gives me a small reference number but they change as the document changes. That's good because the number is only there if the reference is there, which helps with making sure references and citations match!
There is a website called refworks that will virtually do it for you, or neil's toolbox which is a slightly different site but it does the same job. I couldn't get through uni without refworks.
