I don't know about the rest of you, but I am glad this work week is almost over. Honestly, my job isn't that bad; in fact, I LIKE my job. I stay relatively busy, but still have time to try to pass on motivational things or help my co-workers. The work is not the reason that I like some of the days to end. The real reason is some of the attitudes; you know the ones. I won't go into details here.

As I was looking through some of my pictures last night, I came across this fellow that I had captured wading through the overgrown vegetation. He (or she) was trudging through that thick stuff, sometimes struggling, but always keeping his head up and eyes on what had caused him to make the trek in the first place.

The picture and the little guy's persistence reminded me that we humans are not the only ones that have to wade through some crap during the day to get where we need to be. It's gentle reminder made me remember to keep my head up and not let the thick stuff cause me to stop my trek or give up.

I hope you all have a good weekend and during times of hardship, remember to keep your head high and your feet moving.

What a lovely post! I have to give credit to my boss in that we march through a lot of crap together to make the business work. But there is always the employer(male) /employee(female) power structure that gives an edge to things!
