Poorly Boy

This afternoon I am sat at home with my poorly Little Man. He sleep well last night and when he woke up he seemed his normal self, he asked for breakfast just after we got up, however he wouldn't eat it. I wasn't too worried as he does sometimes go through little phases of not eating breakfast so I thought he could just have some when he got to my Parents house. When we got there he ran in all excited but he kept yawning like he was really tired and all he wanted to do was sit on my lap and cuddle or sit on the sofa, normally he's playing straight away. I went to work but he wasn't himself all morning, then I got a phone call to say he had been sick. I ended up coming home early and he is now snuggled up on the sofa with his duvet and pillow watching tv. He's been sick a couple of times but since then has had a piece of dry bread, a piece of toast again dry and some chocolate buttons (a bribe to get him to take medicine) and so far so good, fingers crossed he keeps it down now. He's not allowed at nursery tomorrow and when I rang they said they had a couple of cases of chicken pox and the child had been sick with it so I'm going to check him over when I put him in his pjs. I hope it is just a little 24 hour bug and he's his normal self tomorrow. Think it will be lots of cuddles tonight and a little visitor in our Bedroom.

I hope he's feeling better soon and it was just a bug. My oldest son was miserable for a week when he had the chicken pox, so I hope he didn't catch that.

I pray in Jesus name that he will have a quick and complete recovery. I pray that everything will be fine and it is just part of his growing life. Sometimes we all need to overcome cases in our lives no matter how big or small it is for us to learn and grow maturely. When I was a kid I almost live in a hospital and there came a time that I have to do my birthday party in there, Lol! But because I was been hospitalized for ages I learned not to get scared of needles, and taking medicine, and I know how to take care of myself, and I know how to cheer someone who is seek because I know how it feels. :D God bless you all.
