A nice cup of coffee

Today my husband got up early to play golf with his friends. He brought me a cup of tea in bed then I got up with a bath, face mask and it was very relaxing.

I then cleaned all the downstairs hard floors on my hands and knees, put all the washing away then had a bowl of granola for my breakfast.

I am making good use of my husband being out and using the desktop computer. I am enjoying a great play list and catching up with surveys and writing sites.

I decided it was coffee time so i treated myself to a Gingerbread latte. It is not quite Costa coffee but it makes a nice change from ordinary coffee. The gingerbread is not really strong but it makes it a bit sweeter than I normally have my coffee as I don't take sugar.

This afternoon once he is home I will do the pile of ironing but it seems a waste to use my time when i can use the computer to do ironing!!

I am not sure it was your intention, but the last line in your post makes it sound as if you are using the COMPUTER to DO your IRONING. In any case, what kind of tea? I think the gingerbread coffee sounds great as well, left over from the holiday season?

That is a great way to start the morning with tea in bed. Enjoy hubby being gone for the day.

I have never tried Gingerbread latte. Now that you mention it, it sounds delicious!

That sounds like an nteresting flavour for coffee. I prefer mine just straight, with milk and no additional flavouring though.

Ironing is one of those tasks that I hate very much. I buy those clothes that do not need ironing.
