Back to the Gym
This week I am surposed to be starting going to the gym. I had to give up Bootcamp just before Christmas due to being ill and was due to start again at the beginning of he month, however I am 4 months pregnant and had a bit of a scare just before New Year, so I have been advised to do gentle exercise like cycling and walking, so it's back to the gym. I was going to go tonigjt but I'm thinking of going in the mornings now, I got use to exercising in the mornings with Bootcamp and I really don't want to go in the evenings. Think I will give it a go and see how it goes and decide what time to go from there. I haven't exercised for 2 months now so have really for out of the habit, I'm not really looking forward to it but I can't do nothing. With my Son I exercised up until the week before he was born at the gym and was hoping to do the same this time but I will have to see.
