My laptop is not working
This morning I am having to use a friends laptop because my laptop appears to have something wrong with it. Yesterday evening I went on my laptop because there was something that I needed to do, and when I shut my laptop down it would not switch off. I left it for a few minutes and it did eventually shut down. This morning when I switched it on, it asked me to log in like it always does. I typed in my details but I just got a message that the computer was signing me out and then it shut down. I am really worried and I do not know what to do because I do not know very much about the technical side of using computers.
Have any of you ever had this problem and what did you do to solve it?.
Is this something that happens a lot ?
Do you know what causes this to happen?

Try to reboot it and see whether it shall improve.

Malware virus, i think, try use anti virus scan it, if found nothing, have to redo your os again

I'd have powered it up again and tried again. If it weren't plugged into the mains I'd try it again, while plugged in.

Sorry to hear about this. Is your laptop plugged in? Try plugging it in and then turning it on again. You can try going to safe mode and see if you can troubleshoot the problem from there. You can try scanning your PC for malware or viruses. If your PC has the Windows OS, try using the system restore. Good luck. Hope you get this sorted out soon.

That definitely sounds like a malware virus, you will need to run an antivirus specially geared to that. You may need to work from the boot drive as well if you are not being allowed to log in

I would have tried restarting it. Hope you found a solution amidst the comments here.
