Nigel Farage is no expert on anything but being a racist pillock

We all know that Fox News is completely right wing, completely bigoted and not even to be taken with a pinch of salt. Or at least we do in the UK. What's worrying is that this right wing, misleading comedy show is actually one of America's largest News Stations. Do you know why I'm calling them a comedy show? Well, after the whole 'Birmingham is a no-go area for non-Muslims' gaffe a couple of days ago, who have they pulled in as their leading 'expert'?
Nigel Farage.
Yes. You picked one of the UK's most bigoted, right wing, racist, misogynistic and homophobic cretins to come on and 'set the record straight'. You picked UKIP. Slow hand clap.
You picked the one politician who is a complete lying scum bag so that you could further your hatred of Muslims whether they are extremist or not. He doesn't care whether what he says in in context or even correct; he hates blacks, homosexuals, women, and any other religion or nationality than white British. He is a complete xenophobe. It's bad enough that David Cameron is unpopular enough in the UK that UKIP is now the official protest vote; why the heck are you giving him front line American territory?
A direct quote from his interview is:
"Do you know, it got so bad that our last Archbishop of Canterbury, the leader of our church, actually, actually said we should accept Sharia law."
This is not in fact what Dr Rowan Williams said and is so far out of context to be laughable if it wasn't so worrying that millions of people will have heard that and thought even the Chuch of England agrees with this hateful man. What he actually said was that under existing law there are already provisions which take Sharia law into account in the phrase 'as a matter of fact certain provisions of sharia are already recognised in our society and under our law'. For a full description of his speech please see; http://rowanwilliams.archbishopofcanterbury.org/articles.php/1135/sharia-law-what-did-the-archbishop-actually-say
What he did not say is that it's all hopeless and we all should simply lie back and accept Sharia law. As usual, Farage has twisted things out of context to allow him to spew more of his hateful racist splurge.
Nigel Farage is a racist bigot.
If you're going to pick an expert at least find one who knows what they're talking about.

Farage is a farrago of a man - the media hiring him to calm a racism row is a step down from them bringing in a Ku Klux Klan leader complete with hood and burning cross who starts his discourse with 'I'm not racist but...'

I´m not in the UK so haven´t been witness to what´s going on re Birmingham, but I´m reading enough here to get the gist. Sounds like so many innocents are being tarred with the same brush.

I don't understand how someone hasn't arrested him for inciting racial hatred, because that is all he does. I respect everyones right to have an opinion and to voice it, I also respect everyones democratic right to stand for government if that's what they want to do. however that should stop short of hate speech and inciting racial hatred the way he does. of course he is an equal opportunities hater, he hates everyone who is not just like him its not just about race, he hates people who are not as fortunate as him and don't have money like he does, he hates women who choose to work, really he just hates everyone!

Media channels have got nothing to do with truth, ethics or news. It is all about ratings and the more acerbic and outrageous the debate, the better the viewership

I'm glad I've found another person with the same hatred towards Farage as me. Why are people taken in by this lunatic? What are his policies? He doesn't have any. The bloke's an idiot and I reckon America should keep him..we don't want him back here thanks!

Nigel Farage has taken advantage of the weakening system at Westminster and a general apathy towards politics and a simmering suspicion of EU bureaucratic nonsense. A recession which nobody understood or saw coming also added fuel to the right wing torch. Labour, Tory and LibDem may claim to have different policies but to the average punter in the street they're all the same - variation on a theme of dull and inept. Farage is playing a game of spin like all the other politicians only his speeches stand out because of his public persona..drinks pints, smokes, laughs and speaks his mind. I do not support his policies, I think him as big a twit as Russell Brand the pseudo-socialist, and wouldn't go within a mile of UKIP. The T.V debates should reveal him for what he is - a fearmonger, a dangerous unwitting friend of extreme right wing thinking.

Because they're so disillusioned with the rest of the pillocks in government unfortunately. And possibly because Farage gives someone to blame; it's the immigrants fault that we're in a mess, it's the Muslims or the Poles or whichever group he wants to pick on. It's not your fault, the white British born; it's there's. For those who don't know any better that's more than enough unfortunately.

Either that or the TV debates will end up working to his favour. Unfortunately the man is charismatic...which is more than can be said for the rest of the current leading contenders!

He seems to forget that we put the Poles in the front line during the Battle of Britain. There are a whole bunch of them buried in a cemetery at the back of Mum's house. Whole squadrons of Poles were sacrificed on our behalf. Farage should be reminded of that at every opportunity. The man's an idiot..a dangerous idiot at that. I believe Al Murray the comedian is running against him..that should be fun!
