Still sticking to my resolution

I promised myself at the beginning of the year that I was going to up my vegetables and fruit intake as I wasn't eating any. I was going to cook healthier meals and change how I shop buying healthier options. We are doing it as a family making it easier as I am not cooking to many different dishes.

I have also included more fish into my diet, I had salmon last night with small boiled potatoes, It was tasty and very filling. I am learning to make better choices and not just grab the nearest thing. I have also started eating an Activia yoghurt in the morning hoping it will sort my stomach problems out.

2015 will be the year I loose my weight and start to be healtheir, That my promise to myself.

well that is better for you, infect it is better for all of us , but be sure fruits you eat must not be genetically modified

I am eating much more fruit and vegetables too! Plus I am drinking lots more water, I haven't drank fizzy drinks since New Year!

Well done for sticking to it, I eat a lot of fruit and veg but I could probably do with drinking a bit more water.

Hope you can keep up the healthy habits. I have been trying to eat more healthily too, but with limited success.

Thats great and I am sure you are starting to feel better. I need to eat more fruit. Getting better by making a smoothy each evening to drink with supper
