I promised myself at the beginning of the year that I was going to up my vegetables and fruit intake as I wasn't eating any. I was going to cook healthier meals and change how I shop buying healthier options. We are doing it as a family making it easier as I am not cooking to many different dishes.
I have also included more fish into my diet, I had salmon last night with small boiled potatoes, It was tasty and very filling. I am learning to make better choices and not just grab the nearest thing. I have also started eating an Activia yoghurt in the morning hoping it will sort my stomach problems out.
2015 will be the year I loose my weight and start to be healtheir, That my promise to myself.
