I'm Still Walking

Even though I am not posting about it every day, I am getting in that 2 mile walk. Sunday was much easier and I got it done early, I even considered walking a longer distance but decided not to push it. I had no soreness during or after the walk, unfortunately I couldn't say that for after Monday's walk. I still did my 2 miles on Monday but I started getting a tightness behind my left knee, almost like a pulling but not quite about halfway through. It wasn't really painful, just a tightness, so I continued on and got the whole 2 miles in. The tightness slowly went away after the walk so I'm not sure what to make of it.

I think I'll stick to the same speed and distance for the next couple of days to see if it continues, if it doesn't I will probably up the distance a little bit.

One of the ladies I clean for just got a machine like yours, she was thundering away on it last time I was there. Great idea too, as she works a desk job from home and needs to get her circulation moving. Well done you for your 2 miles a day.

Nice work. Personally i find actually walking more satisfying that using the machine.. but that is just me.

I'm doing a 4 km walk as many mornings as I can while the weather is good in New Zealand. I definitely know that tight feeling. Have you been stretching after your walk?

I try to remember to stretch, but not always. I actually got to walk outside this past weekend as we had nice weather, a little chilly for it now so it's back on the treadmill.

I like walking outside better, but weather doesn't always cooperate, it was nice this past weekend so I got my daily walks outside and then some.
