Water Water Everywhere
Since September last year I pretty much ditched fizzy drinks and took up drinking water, 2lts a day. A lot of the time I drink flavoured water just to keep the changes there or I think I might get bored and the fizzy drinks may start creeping in again. The flavoured waters do have a few sugars in them but 1lt comes to 30 calories so over a whole day 60 calories through water isn't too bad, especially when I am up and down to the loo most of the day, the down side to drinking all this fluid.
Due to drinking all of this water my skin condition has improved considerably and it has also contributed to my weight loss, my advice to anyone wanting to start improving their life ditch the sugary drinks and increase your water intake.
