preparing midterm examination for Philippine Literature class

I am preparing test questions.for my Philippine Literature class. It will cinsist of 100 items. It is hard to ceate questions because we only met once after preliminary examination because of different activities followed. So last sunday, i taugt them the coverage of my midterm examination and since my lesson was nkt enough to cover the 100 items, i have to teach next week first before the actual examination. Since the number of hours to consume next week will be three hours. So, i have to teach for about an hour and a half then examination will follow. I have now a headache in creating the questions here because of less topics that i have discussed. Anyway, i will rely to my lessons first next week before the final examination.

Many places ask related questions around literature. For instance, if one author is Charles Dickens, they might ask his date of birth or death or for a list of 5 of his other books, just to see how much reading around the subject the students have done.

And they didn't do any reading over the vacation? How about a review of what they DID read, or a list of books they want to read, with reasons? LOL

I would love to teach literature again. I used to teach but haven't had a teacher's job for many years now. I used to enjoy making up tests.
