I am cooking a Sunday lunch for us all as we are all trying to eat more healthy, have lots of vegetables cooking away. I am cheating a little as have some new potatoes roasting away as a little treat. I am having steak and onions with roast potatoes, mashed potato, carrots, turnip, broccoli, sprout, cauliflower and sweetcorn. The girls are having Quorn roast as my daughter is a vegetarian and her friend might as well be as she hardly eats meat.
I am cooking the steak slowly as it melts in your mouth, we only have steak now and again as a treat. From next week we are going to be having a lot more fish, I am determined to be more healthy and loose some weight as its been hanging over me for year.
