Squats and Planking
I have started to add some planking sessions into my exercise routine and also some squats (my legs are currently aching!!) so far I can make up to 30 seconds planking which may not seem like very long but it is long enough for me!! I do 30 squats at a time, I am going to start trying it out with a heavy backpack on my back to help as well.
I have also downloaded an app called Seven (I don't know if this is available on other phone but I use it on my iPhone) and it is a 7 minute work out which is great, I start running my bath and while it is filling up I go through my 7 minute work out add in the planking and squats and then jump in the bath!
I will get fit and lose weight this year!!
