Gale force winds and gale force snoring

I have had the worst 2 nights I have had in a long time, I am anaemic so very tired to start with but with the winds battering the house and hubby battering my ear drums I really haven't had a chance to sleep for the last 2 nights. I was walking around the house at 5 am checking what damage the wind had done, luckily we got away with losing a fence top which is easily replaced. I am thinking about changing all then fencing to start with as its been up for years. I have noticed the winds getting stronger I think we need stronger fence panels.

Hubby's snoring isn't good either, the noise can be deafening, I tried flicking the pillow so it whacked him in the face, still didn't move then tried suffocating him that didn't work so back to holding his nose until he jumps. I managed to get 4 hours sleep then had to get up at dogs needed there nails cutting.

I am debating whether to go back to bed for a couple of hours as I know I will suffer with a migraine later. Plus my doggies aren't happy either they hate early mornings so they will be coming to bed with me too.

Im sorry for what you are going through as I have similar goings on, weather wise. I woke up late this morning with a slight head cold, a few sneezes and have been sipping hot Vimto cordial ever since. Now three hours later, I am feeling a whole lot better even though my heating isn't on, I'm fully wrapped up and on my 4th mug of hot Vimto and have switched on my panel heater to get some room heat going. Vimto is packed with Vit. C and so much more cossetting than drinking hot coffee in my experience.

Drinking Vitamin C is a the best way to help your symptoms, I used to suck on vitamin C tablets, they helped. Hope your feeling better soon

My hubby has been snoring lately - he never used to which is odd. Its funny though he snores and wakes me up then snores even louder and wakes himself up then has the cheek to moan at me because of it lol

My hubby blames me too, He's OK if he sleeps on his left side, he won't stay there for long so have to keep shoving him over

Sorry you had such a lousy night. Sounds like Hubby might have sleep apnea, and that's a dangerous condition. He ought to see a doctor and get some help. Most people who really snore loudly turn out to have it. My Hubby has it. No that he has his "breathing machine" as he calls it, he sleeps much better. But I still can't sleep in the same room with him and have to take a sleeping pill when we travel.
