CV is updated and on it's way out
Good evening all, how is everyone? Hope you have all had a good day.
I had some worrying news today, basically our office is being closed down and there are expected to be 176 people made redundant. I wasn't at work for the announcement, my manager telephoned me with the details.
So I have spent the afternoon seeking out my CV and updating it. I have been in my current employment for five years, but I still had my CV from when I was applying before. It is now updated and I am in the process of registering with recruitment agencies again and sending my CV to them. I don't like all this uncertainty at all and hope something gets sorted quickly.

oh no, it is a shame that there is going to be losses at your work, but well done for getting your CV out so you aren't out of work for long.
