Insomnia Is getting worse
It's been years since I had insomnia. At first I could still figure my way around it but as time passed by it had gone worse. I think it had gone worse because I think too much and since I'm already a graduating student in college, the stress in school might definitely be eating me up. There is no other reason why, but I'm certain about it. In the past at nine in the evening, I get really tired but now I feel nothing like my mind is still fresh like it's still morning. My sleeping time is three in the morning which is definitely not normal because I have class at nine in the morning. As a student I need seven to eight hours of sleep and because of this insomnia, my performance in school is at stake. What should I do?
