Life worth living

Dear Persona Paper

this is my first article and I want to talk about how to see life and how to learn to have a positive perspective on life. My believe is that life is good and that life is what we make of it, for the good or the bad.

Our thoughts have a great deal to do with how life turns out to be and how to get out of trials and problems of all sort. It is a fact, that a negative mind produces negative results. The feedback will be negative and it will turn into a stumbling block if we ever want to get out of a problem.

Replacing negativity with positivity will not only make you feel calm,but will in the end also offer opportunities in order to get out of it. No matter what we are facing when we replace our negative thinking pattern, good things will start happening in the end.

To start with it I recommend taking five to ten minutes out of a busy day, reserved for aligning yourself up to a new thinking system which can be trained. Make a decision to speak good and think positive in other words declare out loud the solution of your problem rather than confirming it.

When you do not have money for instance declare that opposite and you will notice that you will feel very different. At first however it will be very hard to do but with exercise and commitment on a daily basis, you will adopt to it.

Every morning I listen to relaxing music bringing me in a good mood and in that state I think.speak and visualize my desired outcome. Please try and you will feel great,optimistic and positive no matter your circumstance.

daylite I agree with your approach, but it is easier said than done, it requires a very strong mind to think positive thoughts and have the discipline to practice day in day out.

When we are short of money, the first reaction would be to go searching externally how to get it. Your perspective id interesting.

I can tell you firsthand that one's health can be affected drastically by changing one's outlook on life and being positive vs. negative. Having grown up in a severely dysfunctional, abusive family I'd always been extremely pessimistic, but my wife- my third, and final- has done the impossible and taught me to be more positive, kind, silly, and fun-loving, and I love it. Yes, I occasionally backslide, but she's always right there to nudge me back up.
