Another successful trip around the sun...

So today I am celebrating the 55th anniversary of the day of my birth. I have real big plans for the celebration. They include:

1. Reading a book
2. Playing on the computer
3. Giving my cat some loving
4. Napping
5. Listening to some music
6. Watching some TV

In other words, it is a day just like every other day.

When I was younger, I would have had plans to go out and tie one on, but heck, I didn't even have anything to drink New Year's Eve...I'm just a boring old fuddy-duddy these days.

Heck, I would have even happily gone in to work today, but it's the slow time of year there and there is nothing to do, so even that is out of the question.

Oh well, Louie my cat loves me. That's the best birthday present I could want. ♥

Happy Birthday. I think that spending time with a feline is a very good way to spend one's birthday... and I'm not just saying that because they have me surrounded. emoticon

Happy Birthday to you Lamb! My 50th will be in March 2016 so a while to go yet. With me being a woman I try not to think about it lol. I do miss my Flo-Jo, more than I thought I would but, thinking about it, I did spend a lot of time in the house with her, so I suppose it's understandable. She was well-loved though, so that makes me feel a bit better. Cats are amazing animals as you well know and they give us unconditional love. It was nice seeing Mum's cats over Christmas. They are getting old but are still very healthy..but even more laid back than usual. They even let me pick them up occasionally to nuzzle them, just like I did with Flo-Jo. So cute! Louie is too, I love him!

Happy Birthday There Mr. Lamb!
Louie didn't catch you a squirrel to mark the occasion?
