Secrets They Don't Want You to Know. You Must Read This!

How often do you see headlines like this title on the web or in newspapers? I don't generally read the tabloid press but sometimes the headlines can be entertaining. Favourite headline words include:

Cheat, Swindle, Shocker, Madness, Monster, Mind Blowing, Scam and Scandal

There are loads more but you get the idea? In the very worst newspapers then the process of writing an article is:

  • Invent an eye watering headline
  • Try to make up a story that fits

For example: 'Bieber Baked Beans Bloodbath' (please note this isn't real!). Justin Bieber opens a can of baked beans and in the process badly injures his hand. Note the Alliteration to give it a poetic feel! Or what about 'Stocking and Stiletto Sting'? I'll leave you to decide what that one means.

Tomorrow watch out in the news for the usual dose of Mind-blowing Meltdowns, Disasters and Danger as well as some S candalous Swindles and Weather-related Washouts.

In the mean time, sleep well. Goodnight!

Why am I envisaging the singer 'Sting' doing his rendition of Rocky Horror Show? Oh dear, what a visual to take to bed with me tonight. Goodnight, sleep well.

The "secrets they don't want you to know about" nonsense is so vile to me I almost didn't read your post. That and "plastic surgeons hate him." Or (fill in name of celebrity) lied.
