Not Looking Forward To Tomorrow

Its almost 8.30 in the evening and I am feeling really sleepy. I'm not particularly looking forward to tomorrow although my grandson will be back in the morning as my daughter is back at work and having him here is lovely I also have a nurse coming to my house in the morning to teach me how to inject myself in my stomach.

I have Lupus and my doctor wants me to start a new treatment, to be honest I'm really nervous, I don't cope with doctors and medical things very well, at least my husband will be here with me. Oh well hopefully it won't be as bad as I keep imagining.

Think I will make myself and my husband a hot chocolate, there's also a packet of biscuits in the cupboard, think I might get them out too!

I do hope you are able to cope with everything. It is amazing how we manage when we have to. Take care.

I hope it goes okay and not as bad as you think. My mum has lupus but I don't think she has to do that

Hope tomorrow goes ok for you, it won't be that bad I inject several times a day and don't even feel it now.

I think the imagining can often be much worse than the actual doing. I can understand your nervousness, but I'm sure it will be fine and all will be well. Take care.

I do hope everything goes well for you. All you can really do is to try and stay positive. And at least your husband will be there.

This new treatment option must seem very daunting but I hope you can inform yourself as much as possible about it and feel less scared. Enjoy that hot chocolate. I'm trying to be chocolate-free for a few days after the excesses of Christmas.

Hot chocolate and biscuits sound lovely.

Yes its an autoimmune desiese, there's no cure so it's just controlled.

I hope you will feel well soon. There are various treatments nowadays both traditional and nontraditional that all work. The most important thing is to treat the condition and you already do it. Wish you a good luck !
