The security checking would never be loosened under any condition.
Earlier I mentioned in one of my posts that a Pakistani boat alleged to be carrying four terrorists along with a large quantity of explosives exploded off the Gujarat coast on last Thursday when intercepted by the Indian Coast Guard. It was assumed that all the four terrorists were killed in the explosion. But it is now reported that at least two of them are still alive as they drove into the sea before the explosion and might have taken shelter in any other boat. it is also reported that there was a second boat, which also came from Karachi and was spotted around the same time as the first one. But it fled away from the notice of the Indian Coast Guard due to the dense fog at that time. The Indian Coast Guard is now in search on for the second boat. It might be that it has mingled with the other fishing boats operating in the area and would attempt again when the security vigil would subsequently be loosened. So, we can expect that the Indian Coast Guard will keep a constant vigil on all the boats operating in the area near the maritime borders of the two countries.
