Introduction for Pennyskitchen
Hi Everyone, I am a happily married to a wonderful man and proud mom of four kids. I am also the Mimi to my two amazing granddaughters, and they have stolen my heart completely. I am a culinary graduate from La Cordon Bleu and am currently working as a sous chef at an Irish pub. I love everything food related and enjoy making different kinds of bread at home. My husband says that I am the master of recreating leftovers. I do it because I hate eating the same things over the next day, and I hate to waste food. So I make them into something different. I have a hard time picking just one food that is my favorite, because I love almost everything! I think that at the moment my favorite food is any thing Italian, but that could change tomorrow.
