Effective Study Tips
For those who are burning the midnight oil for the upcoming exams, you got to remember that the trick does not depend on how many hours have you have put in, but how much effort have you put in.
You may be sitting the entire day long with the text book, while someone else with only 5 hours of daily study may pass the exam. You got to figure out what you are doing wrong. You need to boost up your concentration power with every passing day. Remember its not hardwork but smart work that can help you sail through the next term.
Also do not ignore your diet and sleeping patterns. They do play an effective role in gaining success in your exam. Include a bunch of fruits in between meals. They are a healthy option, as well as they help you fight that hunger attack and facilitate better concentration. You do not want to end up with a messed up stomach with all that junk food.
Sleep is equally important. Try to get atleast 6 hours sleep daily plus two half n hour naps during the remaining part of the day. You can always concentrate after a good nap.
